2 1/4 Cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter, softened
1 egg
10 oz. jar raspberry jam

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat to 350º. Combine flour, sugar, butter and egg until crumbly. Reserve 1/2 cup. Place remaining crumb mixture in an 8 x 8" pan. Press down evenly. Add jam, leaving 1/2" around edges. Place reserved mixture on top. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until jam starts to bubble, but don't leave too long or it will turn brown.
