1 container of refrigerator flaky biscuits
2 jars of real bacon bits, or cooked bacon
4 tomatoes
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
6 - 8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
2 1/2 teaspoons sweet basil

Preheat @ 350º. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. After separating each biscuit, cut each one into four pcs. Place these inside the muffin tins. Mix all ingredients together. Fill and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.

I used bacon instead of the bacon bits. I find the bacon bits a little too salty for my taste but it is wonderful all the same.
