1 package fresh Basil or hand-full of fresh
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c cider vinegar
1/2 c olive oil
1 tsp. garlic (minced)
mixed salad, Craisins, walnuts, sliced strawberries (optional - but so good)
feta cheese

Add first 5 ingredients to food processor, process til smooth (will look like green pea soup)

One spoonful goes a long way with flavor!
Mix salad greens, Craisins, walnuts, strawberries and feta in large salad bowl. Drizzle salad dressing over top and toss just before serving.
