1 small cauliflower (flowerettes only) broken into very small pieces
sliced green onions
sliced green olives (drain)
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
jar or bag of bacon bits (real)
2 Italian tomatoes chopped
mayo

Directions:
Directions:
mix all together except tomatoes, add as much mayo as you like (I make it like potato salad consistency) then stir tomatoes in lightly.
