1 1/2 lbs. ground round
1 small finely chopped onion
1 package dry Taco Seasoning (mild)
1 package dry Ranch Dressing (Original not dip)
1 can black beans -drain
1 can pinto's drain
1 can light kidney's drain
1 can whole kernel corn drain
1 large crushed tomatoes (do not drain)
1 reg can petite diced tomatoes (do not drain)
1 can mild Rotel (do not drain)

Brown beef, drain (this is another great recipe for the crock pot)
Saute onion
Mix all together, simmer til tomatoes are done. I add 1 large can of water.
