1/2 onion
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons of flour
2 cups of chicken broth
1 package of frozen broccoli florets (thawed)
2 cups of milk
1 1/2 cups of cubed Velveeta

Directions:
Directions:
Saute half a chopped onion in a couple tbsp of butter

Stir in 2 tablespoons of flour and gradually add 2 cups of chicken broth

After it comes to a boil, add one package of frozen broccoli florets (thawed) and cook for two minutes

For the last step, stir in 2 cups of milk and 1 1/2 cups of cubed Velveeta cheese until melted
