1 lb. lump or back-fin crabmeat
1/2 cup Hellman's Mayo
3/4 cup mild grated cheddar cheese
6 English muffins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crabmeat with mayo and cheddar cheese.
Toast 6 English muffins
Divide crab mix and spread on muffin halves
Put in 350F oven about 10-15 minutes until hot
Broil a few minutes to get piping hot
watch while your broil you do not want to burn
