1 1/3 C Boiling Water
1 1/3 C Minute Rice
10 oz pkg frozen chopped Broccoli, thawed
10 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
8 oz jar Cheese Whiz
1/2 C chopped Onions
1/2 C chopped Celery
1/2 C Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Pour water over the broccoli. Add rice. Mix in a separate bowl the cheese, soup, onion and celery. Stir the cheese mixture into the rice. Pour the butter over everything and mix well. Put in a greased baking dish. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

This a a very regular dish at all the Millard family gatherings. When I think of this dish, it makes me feel all warm inside.
