3 chicken breasts- a little oil for frying
1 packet of bacon(back, non salted)
1 tin of condensed chicken soup + a cup of milk
2 leeks
1 small onion and a handful of mushrooms if you have them
2 sprigs of rosemary + half a chicken stock cube
bread- either crumbed or chopped up into crouton size

Directions:

Cut the chicken, bacon, onion, leeks and mushrooms up into smallish pieces and gently fry in a little oil.
Place the cooked ingredients into an oven-proof dish and add the soup, milk, stock cube and rosemary. Mix well.
In the frying pan fry the bread crumbs/croutons in very little oil.
Then layer the breadcrumbs on top of the chicken mixture and put in a high oven for 20 minutes or until golden on top.

This recipe can be made with a white sauce or mushroom soup to replace the chicken soup.
Serve with vegetables,( broccoli,carrots, green beans and even new potatoes if you are very hungry).
