sliced Potatoes
diced Carrots
1.5 lbs hamburger, fried
sliced Onions
Salt and Pepper
15 oz can Cream of Chicken Soup
15 oz can Water

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Add in layers the potatoes, carrots, hamburger and onions. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix soup and water in a separate bowl and pour over casserole. Bake 1 1/2 - 2 hours at 350º.

I fry the onion with the hamburger. We like it better that way.
