4 Eggs, beaten well
3 C Sugar
2/3 C Water (add gradually)
1 C Oil
2 C Pumpkin
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Cloves
1 tsp Allspice
1 1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
3 1/3 C Flour
1 C Nuts, optional

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, or until knife comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
