2 lbs ground beef or turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
2 C. diced celery
1 C. rice uncooked (not instant)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1 C.-2 C. cashews whole

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice as directed. Saute hamburger (turkey), onion and celery. Mix all ingredients with soy sauce. Add soups and mushrooms. Put into buttered casserole dish and cover with cashews. Bake at 350º until it bubbles, about 30 min.
