2 1/3 cups flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cocoa
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups grated zucchini
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cocoa and set aside. Beat eggs, sugar and oil. Add zucchini and vanilla. Add flour mixture and nuts. Pour into 2 loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
