2 cups cooked rice(3/4 cup rice, 1 1/2 cup water 1/2 tsp. salt) 2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli(thawed), 8 oz. jar cheese whiz, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 25 Ritz crackers 3 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bring rice to boil and then simmer for 20 minutes on low., Mix broccoli, rice and cheese whiz and soup together. Put in 9x 13 pan.

Topping: 25 Ritz cracker crushed and butter Spread on top. Bake@ 350 for 15- 20 minutes
