2 1/2 cups sifted flour
3/4 Tsp salt
4 Tsp baking powder
1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
2 beaten eggs
3/4 cup Wesson Oil (vegetable)
2 1/4 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift all dry ingredients together. Combine eggs, milk,and shortening. Blend in dry ingredients, then beat until smooth. Bake in hot waffle irons. This is a thin batter. We use a pitcher to pour 1 cup batter onto irons and cook for about 3 minutes.
