2 cups sugar
2 cups milk
1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 cup flour
1/2 Tsp salt
4 egg yolks
1 stick butter
1 Tsp vanilla
18 tart shells
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, milk, cocoa, salr and egg yolks. Cook over medium heat in a heavy pan (iron skillet), stirring until thick. Remove from heat...add butter and vanillla. Beat until smooth. Refrigerate and serve cold in tart shells. Top with whipped cream.
