2 large green peppers, chopped
2 large cucumbers, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 cup Italian dressing
1 clove garlic, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
All vegetables should be washed and dried before chopping. You can replace the chopped tomatoes with 1 pint of unchopped cherry tomatoes.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir dressing over vegetables just to coat them. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve chilled. Enjoy1
