1 8 oz. pack of wide egg noodles
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. of shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 6 oz. can of Tuna drained
1 c. of frozen peas with pearl onions

Heat oven to 350. Coat 2 qt. casserole dish with pam or oil. In a l
large pot of salted water boil noodles till done. Drain well. In a med. saucepan combine flour, butter & salt. Stir well till butter is melted & ingredients are combined evenly. Add milk and whisk till sauce thickens Add cheese to mixture & whisk till cheese is melted & well blended. Stir in peas, tuna, & noodles. Spread evenly in casserole dish. Bake @ 350 for 30 min.

My Mom used to make this all the time and I made it at times when my kids were young. I mentioned it to Poppy and he said lets make again.
