1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tsp orange peel (grated)
1 Tsp lemon peel (grated)
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup whipping cream(whipped)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg...add sugar, lemon juice and the grated peels.

Cook in double boiler until thick...let cool...then, fold in whipped cream.

Serve over salad.
