3 c. strawberries
1 T. finely chopped mint
1 c. half and half
2 oz. sour cream
2 oz. brown sugar
1 oz. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and puree strawberries. Put in a medium sized mixing bowl. Add mint, half and half, sour cream, brown sugar and vanilla. Mix on low to medium speed for 1 minute. Garnish with a dollop of sour cream and fresh mint sprig if desired.
