1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 1/3 cups Bisquick baking mix
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cups sugar
3 eggs
cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease bottom of loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches. Stir all ingredients except raisins in large bowl with fork, until moistened; beat vigorously 1 minute. Stir in raisins. Pour batter into pan. Bake 45 to 55 minutes, until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Run knife or metal spatula around sides of loaf to loosen; remove from pan. (If loaf stick to pan, press gently on sides of loaf with knife.) Yields 1 loaf
