1-3 oz package strawberry flaovred gelatin dessert
1-10 oz package of frozen, sliced strawberries
1 Tbsp. sugar
Pinch of salt
1/2 of 10" Angel Food Cake (torn into pieces)
1/2 pint whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Dissove gelatin in 1 1/4 cups boiling water. Stir in thawed strawberries, sugar adn salt. Cool unitl it begins to thicken. Fold in the whipping cream (that you have whipped). Cover bottome of 9" pan with half of the torn Angel Food Cake. Pour mixture over this and allow to chill!

This was a favorite of Grandma's during the 70's, 80's and 90's...It is delicious and light!
