1-17 oz. can Apricot halves
1-16 oz. can Peach halves
1-16 oz. can Pear halves
1-15 1/4 oz can Pinelapple chunks
1 cup Orange Juice
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1-3" stick of cinnamon
4 whole cloves
1/8 tsp. Mace
Dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Drain fruit, reserving syrup for other uses,,,Cut apricot, peach and pear halves in half.Comine this fruit in a 12x8x2 baking dish. Combine orange juice and remianing ingredients in a saucepan; bring ot a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

Pour orange jucie mixture over fruit.
Bake at 350º fro 30 minutes and cool....Cover and chill for 8 hours.

Remove cinnamon stick and whole cloves before serving. Serve hot or cold!
