1 cup packed brown sugar
2 sticks butter (room temperature)
3 cups flour, plus extra for cutting out cookies

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl place room temperature butter, mix in brown sugar. Beat at high speed, scraping down sides of bowl, for a couple of minutes. Add flour gradually, and still scraping sides of bowl, until all flour is mixed in. Roll out about 1/4" thick, use cookies cutters of choice (maybe an approaching holiday theme). Place in 350 degree oven for about 11 mins and remove. Let cool for a couple of minutes before placing on paper towels to completely cool.
