Ingredients:  
Potatoes (as many as you are hungry for)
1 tablespoon margarine or butter ( I don't measure so am guessing here)
salt and pepper to taste
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes, cut into quarters, cover with water, add salt,and cook till potatoes are soft but not mushy.
Drain water from potatoes, pour into mixing bowl, I usually mash with the beaters first and then use mixer to get potatoes smooth, not lumpy, add other ingredients(milk, butter, salt if needed) Enjoy!
