I cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa (I use a little less…generous 1/4 cup)
dash of salt
2 cups milk
2 egg yolks ( I use 3 eggs)
1 Tsp. butter (I use 2 Tbsp butter)
1 Tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
In top of double boiler, combine:
sugar, flour, cocoa, salt and then add milk.

Set on top of double boiler with boiling water and stir until smooth.
