Taco Dip Recipe

3 avocados
1/2 tsp salt
8 oz sour cream
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 lg bunch green onions
1 can black olives
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 cans pinto bean dip (spicy)
3 medium tomatoes
16 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Tortilla chips

Mash avocados with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Slice the olives and green onions; chop the tomatoes. Layer ingredients in large dish (or large and small quiche pans) as follows:
Bean dip, avocado, sour cream mixture, onion, tomatoes, olives, shredded cheese. (You may have extra olives, tomatoes and cheese)
