9 whole NABISCO Grahams, finely crushed (about 1-1/2 cups)
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
5 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 cup BREAKSTONE’S OR KNUDSEN Sour Cream
4 eggs
1 can (20 oz.) cherry pie filling or any type you favor

Mix crumbs, 3 Tbsp. sugar and butter; press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1o minutes. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and vanilla with electric mixer until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust. Bake at 325 for 1 hour 5 minutes or until center is almost set. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Spread cherry pie filling over cheesecake and garnish with chocolate swirls just before serving. ©
