Flank or skirt steak

1/2 c soy sauce
4 T Bourbon or sweet vermouth ( I use both)
4 t sugar
1/4 t salt
3 cloves garlic minced
1 inch fresh ginger

depending on how much meat you have you may need to double or triple the marinade

place meat in marinade over night
grill meat about 6 min each side
slice meat against the grain on an angle
