1/2 c butter (1 stick)
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp lemon juice
1 c mashed bananas
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 c cold water
1 c nuts

cream butter and sugar in large mixing bowl
add eggs - mix well
mix lemon and banana and vanilla
add to the egg mix
slowly add dry ingredients - mix well
add water and nuts
grease and flour bread pan
Bake at 350 for 60 to 70 min
