1 Med. chopped onion
1 clove chopped garlic
3 Tbsp Oil
4lb lean stew meat cut in 11/2 inch cubes
1/2 Cup soy sauce
1/2 Cup Burgundy Wine
2 Tbsp Catsup
2 Tbsp Cider vinegar
1/2 tsp oregano
2 Cups Water

Green pepper Chopped
sour cream
tomatoes
chopped green onions

Saute onion and garlic- remove- saute meat in batches- place in casserole (dutch oven) with remaining ingredients and bake - 350 for 3 hrs - serve with rice or pasta garnish with the peppers, sour cream, tomatoes and chopped green onions
