1/2 C butter
1/2 C oil
1 3/4 C sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 C flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 C finely ground zucchini
Chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and oil with sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, milk and lemon juice. Mix well. Add cocoa, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir in zucchini. Pour into greased and floured 9x13" pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
