2 C diced cooked chicken
2 C thinly sliced bok choy or spinach
1/2 C thinly sliced green onions
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
1/C julienne-cut carrots,
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 C water
2 cans chicken broth
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 pkg. oriental-flavor ramen noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Place mushrooms, carrots, add water, broth, soy sauce and seasoning packet from ramen noodles and garlic in saucepan and bring to a boil. Add chicken, bok choy, onions and noodles. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 3 minutes and serve immediately.
