Slaw:
1/4 C sliced green onions
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
2 C broccoli slaw

Fish:
1 lb. tilapia or other fish fillets
1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
1 avocado, sliced thinly
8 corn tortillas, warmed
Cilantro, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Combine green onions, cilantro, lime juice, oil, garlic, sugar and Cajun seasoning; mix until blended. Add slaw mix; toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to use. Sprinkle fish fillets with Cajun seasoning. Spray grill pan with vegetable oil. Cook fish fillets over medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Turn once during cooking. Top warm tortillas evenly with slaw mixture, fish, a slice of avocado and cilantro.
