1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup Bisquick
4 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup melted butter
ham, bacon, sausage, spam
onions, mushrooms, peppers
2 cups of your favorite cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
In blender mix: milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper and butter.
In a well greased large ( 9inch) pie plate put your favorite ingredients in the bottom of the pie plate, then pour half of the egg mixture over top. Sprinkle 2 cups shredded cheese next, then the rest of the egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
