2 pkgs active dry yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs slightly beaten
4 1/2 c. sifted flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Heat cottage cheese until lukewarm. Stir in sugar, salt, baking soda, eggs and yeast. Gradually add enough flour to make a soft dough. Place in greased bowl. Let rise until doubled about 1 1/2 hours. Punch down, turn dough onto floured surface. Divide into 24 pieces, shape each into a ball. Place 12 in each greased 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350º oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
