2 c. White Sauce
3/4 c. mild cheese, grated
bread crumbs
lemon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place cooked cauliflower in a dish. Thicken White Sauce with the cheese and cover the cauliflower with this sauce. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and lemon pepper. The White Sauce recipe is located in the Sauce section of this cookbook.
