2 c flour
2 c sugar
1 1/2 c oil
4 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
2 c finely grated carrots (1 lb carrots= 4 c grated)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Add and beat as listed.
Bake at 350º F in greased, lined pan.

One 9"x13" pan bakes for one hour.
Two 10" round pans bake for 40 minutes.
Three 8" round pans bake for 30 minutes.
