2 C. flour
1 1/2 C. brown sugar
1 1/4 C. butter, softened
1 t. baking soda
2 C. quick cooking oats
2 C. white chocolate chips
1 C. caramel topping
3 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease 9x13 pan. For crust, beat flour, sugar, butter, baking soda in a large bowl until crumbly. Beat in oats on low speed just until combined. Press half of mixture (about 2 1/2 cups) into bottom of baking pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool in pan for 2 minutes. For filling, sprinkle chips over crust. Blend caramel topping with flour. Drizzle over chips. Crumble remaining oat mixture over caramel. Bake 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely in pan.

If you have any bars leftover, feel free to put them in the freezer. They freeze really well. Just let them thaw about 10 minutes before you eat them.
