1 1/2 C. flour
1 1/2 C. quick cooking oats
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. brown sugar
1 t. baking powder
2 sticks butter, softened
1 C. raspberry jam
1 3/4 C. white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Grease 9 inch square baking pan. Combine flour, oats, sugars, and baking powder in large bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or two knives until crumbly. Reserve 3/4 cup oat mixture for topping. Press remaining oat mixture into prepared baking pan. Carefully spread jam over crust; sprinkle with white chocolate chips. Sprinkle remaining oat mixture over chips. Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely in pan.

This is one of Jason's favorite bar recipes. The raspberry jam and white chocolate chips nicely compliment each other. They are a little rich, so cut into small squares.
