2 pounds boneless round steak
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoons oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 large clove garlic, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the round steak into serving size pieces and pound to 1/8-inch thickness. (Or buy it that way).

Combine the remaining sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Place the round steak in the crockpot and pour sauce over it all.

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Serve with rice.
