3 c. sugar
1 c. corn oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 lb can pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 t baking powder
2/3 c. cold water
2 t. baking soda
2 t. salt
1/2 t. cloves
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, oil and eggs, add pumpkin. Sift together dry ingredients; add to pumpkin mixture. Add water; pour batter into loaf pans. Bake at 350
for 1 hour. Yields: 3 loaves
