1 lb. ground beef
6 bell peppers
2 cups minute rice, cooked
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. olive oil


Directions:
Directions:
Cook minute rice.

Sauté ground beef and onion in olive oil. Add black pepper, garlic powder and salt.

Combine meat mixture, rice and tomato sauce. Scald bell peppers for about 8 minutes. Stuff peppers with meat mixture. Put a small amount of water in bottom of a baking dish. Place stuffed peppers into baking dish.

Bake in preheated 350° for 30 minutes.
