3 c. frozen hash browns
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1 can cream of celery soup
2/3 c. milk
12 eggs, slightly beaten
1 pkg shredded cheese
1 can sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup, milk, eggs, cheese and mushrooms; mix with hash browns and sausage. Bake in 350 oven in greased 9x13" pan for 50-60 minutes. May be made the night before, refrigerated, then baked.
