1 pkg. Chicken Breast (no skin)
1 cup Chicken Broth
2 pkg. Crescent Rolls
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp. chopped Parsley
1 tbsp. chopped onion
4 slices bacon (crumbled)
salt and pepper (for taste)

Directions:

Heat oven to 375 Degree º.

Boil chicken breast in chicken broth.
Shred Chicken and set aside.

Lightly spray oil on pizza pan and arrange crescent rolls in circle with pointed edge out.

Combine mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, onion and bacon. Add chicken to mix. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread mixture in crescent rolls in circle. Take crescent points, fold toward to the center and tuck under to make a circle.

Place chicken roll in oven for 11 - 13 minutes or until crescent rolls are golden brown.
