4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 red pepper, sliced in strips
1 green pepper, sliced in strips
can of Pepper Jack Cheese Soup
jar of salsa

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for about 4-5 hours.

This chicken dish can be served over rice or pasta if desired. Also, if there are leftovers, I shred the chicken in the sauce and then eat the next day as soup.
