Turnip Greens
Olive Oil
1 Shallot Onion
1 Chopped Garlic Clove
Crushed Red Pepper
1 cup Chicken Stock
2 tsp. Dijon Mustard



Directions:
Directions:
Cut up turnip greens
Mix Chicken Stock and Dijon mustard set aside
Heat Olive Oil and add shallot, Garlic and Red Pepper
Toss greens until wilted
Pour stock over greens
