4 eggs
1 Tbls sugar
½ cup butter, melted and cooled
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups flour
½ tsp salt
1 Tbls baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together until light and foamy: 4 eggs
1 Tbls sugar

Add: ½ cup butter, melted and cooled
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Sift together and add to egg mixture: 2 cups flour
½ tsp salt
1 Tbls baking powder

Pour into Belgian (or regular) waffle maker (about 2-1/2 minutes).


Serve with REAL maple syrup. They also are great with strawberries and whipped cream, chocolate cause or your favorite topping.
