2 chickens baked and boned 1 pkg. Uncle Ben's Wild Rice 1 8 oz. carton sour cream Hidden Valley Buttermilk Dressing (the kind you make with butfermilk from the packet) NOT BOTTLED 2 avocados, diced green onions to taste Optional: 1 cup of Hellmann's mayo
Cook rice according to directions. Prepare dressing, Dice chicken. Add other ingredients. Add enough dressing to moisten. Optional: 1 cup Hellmann's mayo.
