2 c white sugar
3 c flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
6 tbsp baking cocoa
3/4 c oil
2 tbsp vingear
2 c cold water

Bake 350º

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Pour into a 8x11 1/2" cake pan
3. Bake until toothpick comes out clean about 30 minutes.
4. As it is cooling dust with powder sugar or frost.
